Backup lights are the small lights mounted at the rear end of your vehicle, usually installed at the lower end of your vehicles rear spoiler. Located at the tail end of a vehicle, it illuminates the pavement behind you whenever you have to back up or drive your vehicle backwards. Backup lights are also integrated to the reverse gear of your vehicles automatic or manual transmission, being energized only whenever you place your transmission shift lever into the reverse gear position.
