The 2004 Ford Excursion is a very roomy SUV. It seats up to nine people, and still has a lot of cargo room. One annoying aspect is that the spare tire sits in the back cargo area and take up a lot of room and makes it hard at times when backing out. It is larger then the Chevy Suburban. If you get the heated seats, they warm up fast. The past reliability has been average.
